Join us in the Courtyard of Bait al Bilad for one of our private classes (limit 6 guests) and learn from our Omani ladies and chef to learn how to cook traditional recipes –
Chicken Kabuli (Chicken cooked with Rice)
Marak Samak (Coconut Kingfish Curry)
Okra Marak (Okra and Tomato Curry)
And make the traditional accompaniments;
Raita (Yoghurt & Cucumber Salad);
Rokhal (Traditional Flat Bread)
And for dessert, the tiny and so delicious honeyed Lokhaimat!
Class starts at 1100 and finishes at 1300 with a feast of a lunch on your own handiwork!
Class cost OMR 45+ per person.
Inclusions: All ingredients; instructions; copy of the Azzura / Bait al Bilad Cookbook pack with Omani Spices; shared lunch on your handiwork!
All classes are offered privately, but as demand can be quite high do please let us know if you are willing to share your time. Bookings are essential with more than 48 hours notice. Classes are not available on Fridays and Saturdays.
